Jeff Lundberg
serves as Executive Director. Growing up on the east side of Los Angeles, Jeff learned first-hand the value of a multi-ethnic urban community. He sees himself as a bridge builder, helping to connect people from various backgrounds around a common goal. His passion is to come beside visionary leaders helping them to achieve their vision through the development of healthy, collaborative organizations. He is also deeply committed to issues of racial and economic justice.
Jeff's background includes a combination of nonprofit and for-profit experience. He began his career as a college campus minister with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship followed by 17 years in Human Resources with Minnesota Life (now Securian Financial) and Carlson Companies. He has earned a BA in Public Policy Analysis/Government from Pomona College and an MBA from Pepperdine University. Jeff brings with him the background, experience and passion to lead the CDC into its next stage of growth. |

Neeraj Mehta
is the Program Director for the Sanctuary CDC. Previously, he has worked at the nonprofit Project for Pride in Living helping families living in North Minneapolis move toward increased self-sufficiency. His position and the relationships he has formed have allowed him the opportunity to see the issues, challenges and barriers that an individual or family may face as they attempt to find stability in their housing, family and economic situations. He has gained knowledge and experience with systems, policies and organizations (public and private) that surround issues of poverty, both in general and North Minneapolis specifically.
Neeraj graduated in 2003 from the Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs with a Master’s Degree in Public Policy. While in school he focused on Social Policy with a special interest in Housing Policy and Neighborhood Revitalization.
Neeraj earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering in 2000 from the University of Minnesota – Institute of Technology. |

Marque Jensen
and his family have lived on the north side for 18 years. He is an ordained minister who co-planted and co-led North Minneapolis Christian Fellowship with Nathaniel Orr from 1991 until 2005. He has also served in significant leadership roles with Sanctuary Covenant Church, including racial righteousness group facilitation and occasional preaching. Marque has taught at North High School, Crown College and various other schools. He has also led student affairs diversity efforts at Crown College and most recently at Northwestern College.
Marque holds a BA degree from Minnesota Bible College, and an MA in Education from the University of St. Thomas. |

Jennifer Lachermeier
serves as Office Manager and Volunteer Coordinator for the Sanctuary CDC. Previously she worked as an Administrative Assistant in both the mortgage and health care industries. Jennifer has lived with her husband in North Minneapolis since 2003 and is passionate about her community. She has seen first hand the barriers that are exist in North Minneapolis, but also believes that it is a beautiful place with beautiful people with many opportunities for growth and development. Jennifer desires to use her gifts to help families become healthy and empowered.

Tracy Nordby
is the lead facilitator of Momentum, and is the CEO of Successful Foundations, Inc. She has over 20 years experience in training, development, and facilitation; her teaching skills ranging from how to write a resume to how to manage today’s workforce. Along with her co-facilitators and partners, Tracy creates unique workshops that both team-build and teach. Each workshop is specifically intended to make life more manageable. While spending the past six years developing human capital in corporate America, Tracy’s roots are in working with the under- and unemployed. Her unique personal experiences allow her to reach a broad audience, and her facilitation style produces learning and understanding. Tracy has been providing training, coaching, and keynote speaking through Successful Foundations since 2001.
She has her Master’s Degree in Business from the College of St. Scholastica. |

Jamel Raspberry
has served Minneapolis youth for 15 years working for Minneapolis Public \gxJamel has served Minneapolis youth for 15 years working for Minneapolis Public Schools, Minneapolis Parks and Recreation, Twin Cities Urban YoungLife, Page Education Foundation, and the Sanctuary CDC.
He has taught curriculum such as Lead Peace, mentored African American and Latino young men through the Elevations program in MPS high schools, and coached basketball, baseball, football for Folwell Middle, Roosevelt High, Washburn High. Jamel co-created the Raspberry Youth Connection, a non-profit that mentored 47 students of color from their middle school years through their high school graduations. Jamel loves the opportunity that Hip Hop Academy gives him as it connects several passions---Hip Hop, working with youth, and community. Jamel’s best accomplishment to date has been his marriage to wife Amy and their children Lexi, Azariah, Izaak, and Avi Ella. |

Stacey Jones
hails from the East Coast where he witnessed and participated first hand in the birth and development of the Hip-Hop movement. He has lived in the Twin Cities for the past 10 years. Stacey has years of recording and performance experience as a Christian Emcee (Rap Artist), both as a solo and group artist.
Stacey brings years of experience of working with youth in our community as a frequent speaker in seminars and workshops. He has also served in various pastoral roles and as a worship leader. Stacey is presently the Senior Pastor of Urban Jerusalem, a Hip-Hop church in North Minneapolis.
Stacey lives in North Minneapolis with his wife Tryenyse and son Priest Braxton. |

Tryenyse Jones
has been the Lead Teacher for Beautiful since 2006. Tryenyse is passionate about seeing young women live out their beauty from the inside out. She skillfully weaves in her past experiences and education to positively impact the lives of the young women she works with. Tryenyse lives in North Minneapolis with her husband Stacey and their son Priest. Tryenyse and Stacey also pastor a hip hop church, Urban Jerusalem, where Tryenyse serves as the worship pastor and leader. Their hip hop worship band "Luv Jones and the Theo Soul Crew also tours and leads worship experiences across the country.
